KP Group has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fabtech Group to jointly develop and implement green energy-powered life sciences projects worldwide.

The collaboration marks a major stride in integrating renewable power into pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare infrastructure, a move that aligns with global efforts to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable industrial growth.

Under the agreement, all conventional and stick-built projects executed by Fabtech Group will be powered by KP Group’s clean energy solutions, including solar, wind, hybrid, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and green hydrogen.

By embedding renewable technologies into critical infrastructure, the partnership seeks to create a new generation of sustainable, low-carbon digital ecosystems across multiple sectors.

Both companies will also work together to design, test, and deploy green-powered pilot and demonstration projects, exploring commercial rollouts and large-scale global deployment opportunities. These initiatives will not only advance energy-efficient operations but also help define new benchmarks for sustainability in the life sciences sector.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to accelerating the global transition toward carbon-neutral solutions while ensuring that innovation, resilience, and environmental responsibility remain at the core of industrial progress.

KP Group and Fabtech aim to lead by example, showcasing how renewable integration can deliver both economic and environmental value in the next phase of global infrastructure development.
