Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group, a United States engineering firm based in Clovis, California, has announced expansion of its electrical engineering services through acquisition of Pezzoni Engineering of Modesto, according to The Business Journal.
The acquisition enables Provost & Pritchard to serve clients throughout California whilst supporting projects requiring integrated civil, environmental and electrical design services.
Provost & Pritchard specialises in civil and agricultural engineering, environmental and land use planning, hydrogeology, geology, surveying and construction management services spanning water resources, municipal infrastructure, agriculture, site development and environmental compliance.
Ronald J. Samuelian, president and CEO of Provost & Pritchard, said: "Kevin Pezzoni and the team have been providing quality electrical engineering services to a wide range of clients and projects for decades.
