Fusion Fuel Green PLC, through its industrial gas subsidiary Al Shola Al Modea Gas Distribution LLC, has secured two new engineering contracts in Dubai worth a combined $1.37 million, alongside an estimated $629,000 in annual recurring revenue from LPG supply. The projects cover the design, construction, commissioning, and regulatory approvals for central LPG systems in large-scale residential developments.
The first contract, valued at approximately $1.23 million, covers seven residential towers in Motor City, Dubai, comprising 2,900 units, 18 commercial boiler rooms, and multiple food and beverage outlets. Once operational, this development will be the largest single complex in Al Shola Gas’s portfolio and is expected to generate $630,000 in recurring operational revenue.
The second project, worth $136,000, involves two residential buildings in Al Furjan, Dubai, marking the first engagement between Al Shola Gas and the developer. Post-completion operational revenue for LPG supply is still under negotiation. Both contracts were finalised in late November 2025, following a month of additional contract wins valued at approximately $328,000.
Sanjeeb Safir, Managing Director of Al Shola Gas, highlighted that these awards reinforce the company’s growth trajectory in Dubai, expanding operational scale and diversifying the client base. The deals reflect Fusion Fuel’s broader energy services strategy, spanning industrial gas, hydrogen solutions through BrightHy Solutions, and biomass-powered industrial steam via BioSteam Energy.
The contracts will follow progress-based revenue recognition, ensuring alignment with project milestones while contributing to the company’s recurring revenue stream.
These developments underscore Fusion Fuel’s expansion in engineered gas solutions, enhancing its footprint in high-growth Middle Eastern markets.
